Detailed study
Detailed preliminary study for Lesly integration
This phase aims to ensure a tailored deployment, aligned with your industrial and business constraints. It includes:
- Identification of critical machines and analysis of their potential failure modes,
- Evaluation of data access constraints as well as cybersecurity requirements,
- Definition of Lesly operating procedures, in line with your teams’ specific practices.
- Configuration of network parameters necessary for seamless integration of the solution into your existing infrastructure,
- Implementation of alerting rules and associated workflow, to ensure optimal responsiveness to detected deviations
Km0 Characterization
Km0 Characterization – On-site Machine Baseline Status
This step involves connecting the selected machines and initiating the collection of field data to establish their initial baseline status (Km0). It serves to create a comparison basis for future deviation detection.
At the end of the learning period, a machine stability report is provided. It documents the observed nominal behavior, any initial fluctuations, as well as the first detected usage or stress trends.
Commissioning
Lesly Deployment
This step marks the transition to operational use. It includes:
- Validation of machine stability at the end of the learning period (Km0),
- Fine-tuning of Lesly parameters (thresholds, alert rules, contextual filters),
- Industrial acceptance, attesting to the system’s functional compliance,
- And team training on interface usage, data interpretation, and alert management.
